Because socks are an intimate apparel item, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers. Please read our policy below carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

1. The 14-Day Guarantee

We offer a full refund or a product exchange within 14 days of your delivery date, provided the items meet our strict hygiene and condition standards outlined below.

2. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your socks must meet the following criteria:

  • Completely Unused & Unworn: The socks must not have been worn, tried on, or washed.

  • Original Packaging: The items must be in their original packaging, with all labels, tags, and bands completely intact and attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the original order number or receipt.

⚠️ Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, any socks that show signs of wear, stretching, lint, or altered packaging will not be accepted for a return or exchange.

3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

If your items meet the conditions above, starting the process is simple:

  2. Provide Details: Share your full name, order number, and whether you prefer a Full Refund or a Product Exchange (please specify the new design/size you want).

  3. Inspection & Processing: Once we arrange for the collection of the items, our team will inspect them.

    • For Approved Exchanges: We will dispatch your new pair immediately.

    • For Approved Refunds: We will issue a refund to your original payment method (KNET or Credit Card). Please note that bank processing times may take a few business days depending on your local bank.

4. Delivery Charges

  • If the product is defective or incorrect: If we made a mistake or sent you the wrong item, Arch will cover 100% of the return and redelivery courier charges.

  • For change-of-mind or size swaps: If the product matches your original order but you simply wish to swap it or return it, a small standard local delivery fee will apply to cover the courier service.
